GOTONG ROYONG PERDANA - 15.5.2010
Saturday, May 15, 2010
The school had a "gotong-royong " this morning and the turn out was great. It was a voluntary service that the teachers, staff and students gave to keep the school's environment clean. There was great team work as students formed teams under the watchful eyes of the teachers to gather as much rubbish as possible and also doing spring cleaning.
After the event the teachers and students were feted at the canteen. All in all it was not only a gathering of teachers and students to foster closer rapport but also cultivating good habits and values. A big thank you to all those who were present. Keep up the spirit.

MEETING OF EX-STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
Thursday, May 06, 2010
Ex-students of the school who called themselves the alumni of 1999 had a gathering at a beach in Penang recently with the intention of meeting up with their former teachers.
They actually went to the school to personally invite some teachers who had taught them before. The gathering took place at a beach pot-luck style. A few teachers turned up. It was a joyful and also meaning evening.
Hopefully there will more off such gathering leading to the formation of an Ex-students Association or a registered alumni.
