Here are some more photos showing students making popiah.

Post-PMR students cooked up a storm but not typhoon Megi or Giri but scrumptious and mouth-watering dishes and food. Students mostly boys turned up chefs or quartermaster whipping up delectable food together with a jug of coffee.
Jelly and spaghetti were the order of the day together with other foodstuff especially friend "popiah." All well end well. They had an enjoyable time eating together with their teachers after the cooking.
Cooperation was also shown at he end of the day when the students cleaned up the mess left behind. What's cooking tomorrow ? It's everyone's guess.

A staff of the school had an unfortunate incident that would stay in him mind for a long time. His house was burnt to the ground despite efforts by the firemen to save it. The school was sympathetic towards his plight and made a collection to help him tide over this unfortunate incident. Photos showing the event.

The lion dance troupe of the school was invited to perform at the Red Rock Hotel this evening. It was in conjunction with the Lions' Club gathering at the premise. The students obliged by putting up a great dance at the front door and later performed inside the restaurant. They certainly looked and danced professionally despite merely being students. Keep up the great work and we are proud of you guys. Photos showing the event.

Post PMR students of 3A and 3D who had gathered at the 'bilik masakan" or Social Science room this morning tried their hands at making fried sardine rolls using bread and also the palatable Sarawak Laksa under the guidance of three capable teachers namely Pn. Lam, Pn. Hasmawati and En. Ahmad Shukri. It was not only fun and part of the learning curve but they used their time fruitfully rather than idling at home.

This morning saw an ex-student coming to school armed with a bouquet of flowers for his ex-teacher who was a warden teacher-advisor during his time in school.
The ex-student who only wanted to be known as Mr. Phua was very thankful to his former teacher for having provided him withall the guidance that he needed to make good and as a token of gratitude and appreciation he presented the teacher with the flowers.
The teacher , Pn. Oo was beaming and it was really a red letter day for her. Well-done and congrats!
